I rarely choose photographers for the Artist of the Day. It is not that their work is not good, but the Artist of the Day is about skills and techniques as a true artist, using much more than a camera and a digital imaging program. Darren Baileys work truly surpasses the category of photographer and places him as a true artisan. His use of props, paints, settings and fire, makes him the perfect candidate for today's Artist of the Day.
